Common zones

The building has been completely restored, both the apartments and the common areas, and they have been adapted to their new use. They have heating and air conditioning in all rooms, providing a very comfortable environment.

The building is fully decorated with hand-painted paintings of Toledo monuments and stories, giving the apartments a unique character and adding great beauty to the building and the rooms.

Three of the apartments have a private terrace with wonderful views of the city, the Tagus river plain and the monuments

Tourist attractions

Possibly the most beautiful historical city in Spain Toledo, called the City of Three Cultures, offers us a wide range of leisure and cultural activities.

Less than 100 meters away from the building and serving as access to Plaza de Zocodover we can find the Arco de la Sangre, built in the 10th century under Arab occupation. Its old name was “Bab-al-yail”, (Gate of the horses) and it communicated the Alcazaba  with the Medina. The current name is due to the fact that over the arch there is a small chapel of the Brotherhood of the Precious Blood of Christ.
